Colette Eng - PresidentColette Eng
President

Colette has been a Financial planner with Westminster Savings for 16 years www.wscu.com; and is also active as a Visiting Volunteer at the Inlet Centre Hospice. She currently serves on several board committees, and supports Crossroads events by helping raise awareness of Crossroads Hospice Society.
Jill Cook - Vice PresidentJill Cook
Vice President

Jill has been active in the Tri-Cities community for over a decade. She is currently the Executive Director of the Coquitlam Heritage Society. As a nursing student in the Municipal Hospitals of Winnipeg, the limitations of institutionalized care for the dying was a profound lesson learned early. Jill looks forward to working hard to ensure the continued success of Crossroads Hospice.
Juli Patz - Board SecretaryJuli Patz
Board Secretary

Juli grew up in the Tri-Cities and spent 4 years living in England before coming home in 2004. She has worked for the City of Port Moody in the Finance & IT department since 2005. Juli is currently the Chair of the Youth Involvement Committee, sits on the Labyrinth Healing Garden Committee and the 20th Anniversary Celebration Committee.
Bob Tanaka - TreasurerBob Tanaka
Treasurer

Bob is in his second year as Treasurer of the society. Bob is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience and is a principal with a national accounting firm in Coquitlam. He is an active community member and has served on various Boards throughout the Tri-Cities community.

Diana has been a champion of Crossroads Hospice Society for over eight years and is honoured to be able to contribute to the success of the organization through her work as a visiting volunteer and as an executive member of the Board of Directors.
Jonathan Adams - BoardJonathan Adams
Board

Jon has always resided in Port Coquitlam and has consistently been involved in the Tri-Cities community through volunteering. Jon has been an employee of RBC for the past 9 years, currently as Assistant Branch Manager in Coquitlam. Jon has enjoyed being involved in many Crossroads events and fundraisers and feels honoured to be a part of the society board.
Ken Catton - BoardKen Catton

Ken is the Vice President and General Manager of Pacific Coast Terminals Co. Ltd. in Port Moody. Ken brings a background of administrative expertise and Board governance to the society. Ken feels that Crossroads Hospice itself is a very special place that he wishes to help continue thrive and prosper.
Lara Gerrits - BoardLara Gerrits
Board

Lara Gerrits is a media-relations specialist/client manager at LBMG, a Vancouver-based strategic communications firm. Before joining LBMG, Lara reported for Black Press newspapers, most recently with The Tri-City News where she covered the events, people, issues and organizations from her hometown communities. Lara sits on the Treasures of Christmas committee and chairs the Marketing and Communications Committee.

Diana is a Certified Dental Assistant Instructor and has recently retired from Douglas College. As a new board member, she looks forward to giving back to the community and supporting Crossroads Hospice Society to meet their needs and goals.

Rob has been the owner of Burquitlam Funeral Home in Coquitlam since 1992. Being active in the community has been an important part of his adult life, starting with volunteering for the board of the Funeral Services of BC. Rob has been a strong supporter of Crossroads Hospice for many years and lends business and professional knowledge to the society.

Brian, recently retired as publisher of the Tri-City News, has been actively involved in community affairs since moving to Coquitlam in 1992. Over the years, Brian has been a generous supporter of the Crossroads Hospice Society and looks forward to active involvement as a director.
Dawn McDonald - BoardDawn McDonald

Dawn is a retired Nurse-Educator who serves on the Board, the Labyrinth Healing Garden and Community Resource Centre Committees. She is an Inlet Centre and Visiting Volunteer and keeper of the Crossroads Hospice Society scrapbooks.

Board

Doug Morneau, Chief Rhino at Rhino Marketing Inc., a local direct marketing and advertising agency. Doug has been blessed as an energetic and enthusiastic idea guy with a Just Do It Attitude, and wants to use his gifts to serve the community as a volunteer, board member, and fan. Doug's favorite quote: REFUSE to DO NOTHING!
