Lend a Helping Hand
Crossroads Thrift Store is always looking for new volunteers. A variety of positions are available along with opportunities to gain work experience, make new friendships while contributing to your community. Its fun, interesting and you get to work with some of the nicest people.
No matter what job our volunteers choose, they go home each day knowing they have made a difference in someone's life. If you have a special talent or just some time to spare we would love to have you join our team!
What We Offer
As a thrift store volunteer you can take advantage of our orientation sessions, regular support meetings, and help us look for new ideas to raise funds to support the programs offered by the Society.
Volunteers Duties:

- Assisting Customers
- Cashiering
- Sorting Merchandise
- Organizing Merchandise
- Special Project
- Pricing Merchandise
- Team Leader
Volunteer Shifts
Our volunteer shifts cover our business hours. Please see below for times and days available.
9:30 am - 1:00 pm Monday to Saturday
12:30 pm - 4:30 pm Monday to Saturday
3:30 pm - 7:30 pm Thursday Evening
Depending upon special needs or volunteer's duties, hours may be flexible. Most volunteers work one shift per week. Volunteers must be able to take direction and work independently on their own.
